Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your online order via our online store.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, online gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at saulswagsaus@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only exchange items if they are in the original condition you received them in, unused and in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange your item for another Saul Swags item, please send us an email at saulswagsaus@gmail.com to arrange.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: C/O Tawonga LPO, Tawonga, VIC 3697. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are definitely not a ‘fly by night’ operation. We’ve designed and made Saul Swags right here in regional Victoria for decades. We’ve always only ever used the very best and most reliable materials to make our swags so we can be sure they’re built to last.

Our Lifetime Guarantee* is our promise to you and is for your peace of mind. If on those very rare occasions when something happens to your Saul Swag, we don’t want you to worry.

Our free repair service will have you back out there enjoying your swag again, as fast as we can. We sew our name and contact details on every swag we make so you can always find us – that’s how much confidence we have in our product.

If you require any repairs to your Saul Swags product, please get in contact by emailing saulswagsaus@gmail.com with a description of the issues, as well as any detailed photos. You will be responsible for both postage and return postage costs in order to repair your product.
